Hi, I'm Melissa

Practical, functional, and accessible.

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ABA consultant, and the founder of Going Independent. Throughout my career, I've worked alongside families, clinicians, schools, and organizations to build evidence-based solutions that hold up in everyday life.

Today, that work includes caregiver coaching, mentoring BCBAs who are building independent practices, consulting with ABA providers, and advising the teams building technology for our field. My goal is always the same: make behavior analysis practical, functional, and accessible.
